Purchasing Apprentice (sourcing)

(Apprentice 24 Months)
As part of our activities in France, the purchasing department is looking for a purchasing apprentice for a period of 24 months from September 2022. Reporting to the Purchasing Director and in conjunction with the Sourcing team at the Villers-Cotterêts site, the purchasing apprentice participates in the sourcing of industrial parts and consumables within the Industrialization and Maintenance (I&M) scope in France. You will be responsible for coordinating quality and monitoring supplier performance in France.
Main tasks
Responsible for developing exchanges between applicants to understand their needs
Provide operational support according to the projects and their constraints while ensuring compliance with procedures.
Purchase family: Industrial parts and consumables
You will define needs with a view to optimization and rationalization,
You will analyze the market and identify potential suppliers and opportunities.
You will participate in the development of consultation files and you will be responsible for verifying the compliance of supplier tenders while preparing summaries.
You will ensure the process of evaluation and/or qualification of the suppliers identified and the follow-up of the suppliers of your panel in a concern of respect of the quality/price/time and continuous improvement
Supplier Quality and Performance Coordination
You will update and publish Sourcing documents/communications
You will be the privileged Serimax point of contact for DDP subjects at Group level and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting elements
You will follow the applicable performance indicators and share them with suppliers and lead the monitoring and management of supplier risks in collaboration with the quality department to coordinate supplier evaluation/qualification campaigns
You will lead the deployment of the CSR policy and monitor the adherence of suppliers to the Group’s CSR program.
Skills/Essential
Currently on a bachelor’s degree, you are looking for a work-study program for a Master 1 in Purchasing & Supply Chain
French and English (level B1 minimum),
Mastery of IT tools, including collaborative ones (Office Pack, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Driving License
Organized, concise, rigorous and goal-oriented
