Based in Pasir Gudang in Malaysia, we are looking to welcome final year students to do an internship within our Digitalization & Business Solution as a Field Digital Solutions intern.

As Field Digital Solutions intern, he/she will:

• Support and coordinate with the Group Digitalization& Business Solutions team activities
• Participating in the development process - features development order and
  integrations
• Participating in the applications and reports in line with:
  o Expressed needs, development process plan and ensure validation loops with end users through the development process.
  o Defined timeline and cost while ensuring delivery.
  o Defined processes, security rules and good practices.
• Deploy applications and reports worldwide while ensuring continuous
  improvement.
• Get feedback and ensure change management with end users (ensure
  applications are used and improve process efficiency).
• Write required documentation to ensure maintenance and improvement
  capabilities of developed applications.

Requirements:

• Student of Bachelor or Master in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree (preferably final year student)
• Experience in Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Sharepoint, REST API
  & JSON, SQL
• High level of interest in digital activities
• Fluent in English

Based in Pasir Gudang in Malaysia, we are seeking a Project Support Department Intern.

At Project Support Department, Serimax Welding Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Pasir 
Gudang, Johor, Malaysia Serimax is interested to welcome final year students to do internship at Project Support  Department of Serimax Welding Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Pasir Gudang, Johor, with the possibility of hiring as Graduate Engineer by the end of the internship period. The duration of the training is between 5 months to 6 months.

Project Support Department (part of Industrialization & Maintenance, I&M Division) is in charge of coordinating the preparation of offshore/onshore projects.

As a Project Support Trainee, he/she will:

• Support a senior member on current project support activities (in view of preparing a project for him/herself in the near future)
• Him/herself will be given a project task to simulate the real situation of project support task
  during the internship
• Participate in developing new informatic tools for Industrialization & Maintenance
  department
• Ensure that tasks deadlines are met, be it project schedule, reporting, workshop preparation,
  etc.
• Need to practice proactive approach towards project preparation (anticipate project’s needs,
  etc.)
• Able to work well with limited supervision

Requirements:

• Student of BAC +4/+5 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree (preferably final year
  student)
• Proficient in English, proficient in French is an additional plus point
• Basic knowledge in supply chain field and SAP/ERP system

Within this organization, we are seeking an ERP (IFS) Finance/HR Support Manager for our Digital and Business Solutions department at the R&D site in Roissy, France.

As part of multiple projects aimed at improving internal processes and service offerings for clients, you will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team as our ERP (IFS) Finance/HR Support Manager.

You will ensure the maintenance and development of the company’s ERP (IFS) for the finance and HR modules, covering all the Group's subsidiaries.

• You will ensure the integrity and functionality of the ERP and its associated applications, interfaces, and data processing tools.
• You will work closely with the finance and HR teams, assist in resolving complex issues, and ensure process harmonization and the development of new applications.
• Your expertise in finance, accounting, and human resources will enable you to manage:
• The implementation of the ERP in new subsidiaries (e.g., in Brazil).
  • Process or organizational changes (such as e-Invoicing compliance).
  • ERP migration or interfacing projects.
• You will be responsible for ERP-related reporting tools (Business Reporter, Power BI, etc.), interfaces with other business applications (such as Esker, Pagero online), and interfaces with other data processing tools within the group.
• You will actively support ongoing projects and facilitate knowledge transfer to regional teams
  (APAC, EMEA-CIS, NAM, NEU, SAM) and our shared services center.
• You will maintain constant contact with the Group’s various international entities.
• You will report to the Application Manager and play a key role in the Digital & Business Solutions team

You:

Are in IT project management within a finance-related environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Have a master’s degree (BAC+5) specializing in Finance or Information Systems.

Possess an analytical mindset and strong knowledge of company administrative processes
(finance, accounting, and human resources).

• You have a keen interest in information systems in general, and ERP systems specifically.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI is also appreciated.
• You have a realistic and pragmatic approach, with the ability to simplify and present complex
  technical issues.
• An excellent communicator in both French and English.
